Lena Nies currently serves as Referentin Recruiting & Personalmarketing at Dyckerhoff, a position held since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Referentin Recruiting at Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis for a short period in early 2024, and as Cabin Crew for Condor Flugdienst GmbH from August to December 2023. Lena worked at ESWE Versorgungs AG from September 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included Referentin Payroll and an earlier position as an Auszubildende. Educational achievements include certification as Geprüfte Personalfachkauffrau from Ausbilder-Akademie GmbH and completion of the Ausbildereignung nach AEVO course. Additionally, Lena obtained a degree as Kauffrau für Büromanagement from Schultze-Delitsch-Schule.
