Frances-Mary Ukpokolo is an experienced user researcher and co-founder with a strong background in digital product development and user experience design. Currently serving as a User Researcher at dxw since January 2023, Frances-Mary has successfully managed research initiatives for the Ministry of Justice's Community Accommodation Service, gathering insights from over 200 participants to inform a compliant digital service product. As co-founder of Comestibles Nigeria, Frances-Mary spearheaded the launch of innovative food tech solutions and strategically expanded the company's reach. Additional roles include Design Team Lead at NTU Green Academy, where Frances-Mary focused on educational strategies for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and various positions at Nottingham Trent University, including Student Ambassador and PA to the Director of Doctoral School and Research Operations. Frances-Mary's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Design: Product and Technology from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Ibadan.
