Fabian Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Fabian currently holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Dwyer Instruments, where they have led the digital transformation of the organization and achieved significant sales growth. Earlier in their career, Fabian worked at Flextronics as a Project Manager and Design Engineer, contributing to the streamlining of processes and delivering world-class engineering solutions. Additionally, they worked as an instructor/lecturer at IBZ Schulen AG, teaching digital electronics and microprocessor technology. Fabian started their career as a System Administrator at PostFinance Ltd.

Fabian Weber's education history starts with their studies at the Centre Professionnel Tornos, where they obtained a Federal Certificate of Capacity in Electronics from 1992 to 1996. Fabian then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Microelectronics at HEIG-VD from 1996 to 2000.
