Marta Solé Batalla currently serves as the COO Iberia at DWS Group, where responsibilities include the coordination and execution of strategic planning, business development, and the optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Head of Product Management Iberia, focusing on investment solutions for the Spanish and Portuguese markets and overseeing mutual funds and alternative products. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Bankinter, where Marta developed the Asset Management business line, and as a Conducting Officer in Asset Management at A&G Luxembourg AM, where the establishment of an Alternative Investment Management Company was achieved. Marta's educational background features an MBA from IESE Business School, a specialization in Private Banking and Financial Advice from IEB, and a degree in Business Administration from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
