Lauren Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Managing Director and Senior HR Business Partner at First Eagle Investments, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Head of Human Resources at Ergoteles Capital from December 2021 to July 2023 and spent over seven years at The D. E. Shaw Group, where Lauren held the title of Vice President, Human Capital. Earlier experience includes various HR roles at Bloomberg LP, including HR Business Partner and Career Development Program Manager, as well as positions at Goldman Sachs and Viacom. Lauren completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Development at Cornell University from 2001 to 2005.
