Daf Stone FIoL, ACIPD, currently serves as the Head of HR at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since May 2022, previously holding roles as HR Business Partner and various positions related to learning and development within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior L&D Business Partner at Magnox Ltd and multiple roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, including Technical L&D Manager and Talent Development Business Partner. Additionally, Daf co-owned and directed Brawd Health, led learning and development efforts at Menter Training, and held HR management roles at Pineshield Health & Social Care Services and Integrity Holdings Ltd. Early career experience encompasses customer service roles at Whitbread, British Telecom, and Argos. Daf holds CIPD qualifications, is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language from the University of South Wales.
