Donna Marie Masterson BASS ACIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR at Veolia Ireland since October 2007, following a role as Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as Regional HR Manager at Superquinn and HR & L&D Officer as well as Assistant Manager Operations at TK Maxx. Additionally, Donna held the role of HR Manager at Dunnes Stores from July 2001 to November 2005. Academic qualifications include an IBEC Certificate in Industrial Relations from Technological University Dublin, an IBEC Certificate in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland, and a BA with honours in Social Sciences, specializing in Sociology and Psychology, from Glasgow Caledonian University.
