Rakesh Ranjan is a seasoned technologist with extensive experience at IBM, where the tenure spans from 2000 to present, currently serving as Director of IBM Software Support. Rakesh has led various initiatives, including the integration of Generative AI into support tools and the development of machine learning models for data governance. Additionally, expertise includes leading teams at IBM Instana Observability and managing cloud service delivery transformations.
