Jalen C. Williams is a Customer Solutions Representative at McMaster-Carr since March 2024, specializing in CRM systems to enhance customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication. Prior experience includes serving as a Mentor Teacher and Learning and Development Trainer at YES Prep Public Schools, where Jalen organized training for teacher certification and advised management on program improvements. Jalen's experience also encompasses a Summer Teaching Fellow role at Uncommon Schools, where instructional planning and student engagement were key responsibilities, and work as an Extended Day Program Instructor at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School. Jalen holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Howard University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts at Teachers College, Columbia University. A background in vocal music was established at the School for Creative and Performing Arts.
