Mary Goode has over two decades of experience in IT management and systems monitoring, currently serving as a Manager at IBM since May 2002. In this role, Mary oversees three teams of IT Architects and Engineers responsible for designing and delivering monitoring tools and dashboards for over 23,000 servers across various environments. Previously, Mary held positions as a Technical Team Lead and Systems Management Integration Professional, focusing on the implementation of Enterprise Systems Management solutions for global business applications. Prior to IBM, Mary worked as a Software Specialist at American Express, ensuring the 24/7 availability of systems monitoring infrastructure. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 1991.
