Loyiso Ngqwemla

Loyiso Ngqwemla has a long and varied work experience in the telecommunications industry. Loyiso began their career in 1995 at Vodacom, where they served in various roles including Community Services Technical Officer, CBU Emerging Markets Regional Manager, Western Region Community Service Manager, Community Services Business Consultant, Network Trialler (Radio Planning/Maintenance), and Customer Liaison. In 2014, they founded Hulse Qhinebe Reinforcing, where they served as Executive Director and was responsible for developing overall organisational strategy and stakeholder management, as well as ensuring governance and ethicalness within the organisation. Most recently, they joined TooMuchWifi in 2022 as an Independent Director, where they oversee the company's strategy development, execution, and management, and provides guidance to the executive leadership team on aspects of community engagement and customer advocacy.

Loyiso Ngqwemla's education history includes an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town (2014), a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town (2010), a BTech Degree in Business Administration from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2008), a National Diploma in Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2006), a Manager’s Succession Development Programme from Vodacom Learning & Development (2004), an Associate in Management from the University of Cape Town (2003), and a Higher Certificate in Manager Development from Damelin (2001).
