Roger is an experienced general manager who joins us as COO. Roger brings a wealth of expertise in leading large teams, conceiving and launching market innovations, and rapidly scaling businesses and organizations. Roger joins us after 20 years at T-Mobile US, where, as a member of the Marketing leadership team, he led multiple large-scale functions, including Customer Management, Device Portfolio, Supply Chain, and Device Products. In these roles, Roger launched multiple consumer market innovations, including JUMP! early upgrade, device financing, device protection, and device trade-in while having full P&L and operational accountability for billions of dollars in annual revenue and spend. Before T-Mobile, Roger spent several years in business consulting with Arthur Andersen LLP after earning his MBA from the University of Washington.
