Rachel Griffin serves as the Office Manager and Inclusion Behavior Specialist at YMCA of the Triangle since June 2023, while also working as a Professional School Counselor and previously as a School Counselor Intern for Durham Public Schools since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at YMCA of the Triangle as a Youth Site Coordinator and Assistant Camp Director, and at IDYL Charter School as an Instructional Assistant providing support in K-3rd grade classrooms. Rachel Griffin's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Team Member at Babies R Us and as an Instructional Assistant with Wake County Public School System. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
