Tina Tran Neville has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2003. Tina was a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale University and an Immigration Rights Clinic at Yale Law School. In 2004, they joined the U.S. Department of State as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer in Public Diplomacy. Tina served in various roles in Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Burma, and Cambodia. In 2017, they became the Director of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor at the State of Washington. Here, they launched the Lt. Governor's international trade policy and partnerships strategy. In 2021, they joined Microsoft as a Global Communications, directing communication strategies and processes for new technology products. In 2010, they founded Lana Learn, where they led strategy for English and business training programs. Tina also developed the business strategy and processes for academic and professional development training and certification.
Tina Tran Neville holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Policy from The University of Tulsa.
