Katy Stove is a Special Counsel and Head of Trade Marks and Designs at Duncan Cotterill, with extensive experience in trade mark prosecution, consumer law, and legislative compliance. Katy has held various roles at Duncan Cotterill since July 2016, including Senior Associate and Senior Solicitor. Current involvement includes membership in the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee of the International Trademark Association. Prior experience includes legal advisory positions at the Civil Aviation Authority New Zealand and James & Wells IP, as well as roles in property management and tutoring. Katy holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Religious Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
