Nikki McGraw has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Graphic Arts Specialist Intern at Newell Rubbermaid in 2002. Nikki then moved on to Bliss Communications, where they worked as an Advertising Designer, designing newspaper advertisements and various publications. In 2004, they joined Duluth Trading Company as a Graphic Designer for their Men's Catalog and later became the Senior Graphic Designer for the Women's Catalog. Nikki also held the role of Art Director, where they led and directed the company's in-studio photo shoots and maintained the Studio Photography Style Guide. Nikki briefly worked as a client at Radlunds Photography, where they collaborated on product shoots for websites. In 2013, they started their own venture, Pixie Designs, as the Owner. Currently, they are working at Duluth Trading Company as the Associate Creative Director in the Photo Studio.

Nikki McGraw obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design/Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completing their education from 1997 to 2002.
