Raymond (Man Wai) S. has extensive experience in software development and management, currently serving as Manager AppDev at BDO Canada since October 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Software Engineer at Brightly since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Raymond worked at BDO Canada as a Senior Technical Consultant from July 2016 to November 2022, and at MedAvail Technologies Inc. as a Senior Software Developer from May 2015 to July 2016, focusing on application development for the MedCenter platform. Earlier in the career, Raymond held roles at SOTI Inc. as a Senior Developer, Apex System Integrator as Product Lead, and Positron Public Safety System as Technologies Manager, where responsibilities included leading development teams and architecting systems. The foundational experience includes positions at Motorola and Nortel Networks, where software design and development were primary focuses. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Concordia University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
