Arthur Kato is a seasoned Project Manager currently overseeing the EU support initiative for the Government of Rwanda's National Agricultural Export Development Board project at Cardno International Development. Additional roles include managing the World Bank's Maputo SW Business Modelling Project and serving as SWM Intervention Manager and Climate Change Analyst for the FCDO's Cities and Infrastructure for Growth Programme in Uganda. Arthur's extensive experience began with a role as Research and Training Associate at Makerere University's Centre for Climate Change Research and Innovations, followed by positions in various organizations including CARE International and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environment and Natural Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, both from Makerere University.
