Hesham Madkour began their career in 2012 as a call center employee for Vodafone UK. In 2013, they moved to TheBabyCart.com as a logistics manager. From 2015 to present, they have been a Business Operations Supervisor at Dsquares.

Hesham Madkour received a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Manor House School.
