Skylar Tardy has a strong background in revenue operations and sales operations. In 2016, they started their career at Kazoo HR as a Sales Operations Associate and worked their way up to becoming a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales operations department. In 2018, they transitioned to become an Independent Consultant, specializing in Salesforce consulting. They remained in this role until 2021.

In 2019, Skylar joined A Cloud Guru as a Business Operations Analyst. They were later promoted to Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth from $20m to $100m in annual recurring revenue (ARR). They developed and deployed a territory model for over 50 Relationship Managers, contributing to the management of $75m+ in ARR. Additionally, they created and led the first GTM QBR for C-suite and Directors, providing valuable insights into sales, marketing, and customer success performance.

Most recently, Skylar joined Clari as a Revenue Operations Manager in 2022.
