David is a curator of art, architecture, design, fashion, culture and new ideas that challenge the status quo. As the CEO (chief engagement officer) and creative mind behind DRS Worldwide, he is known for not only discovering trends that drive online conversations but also fostering authentic experiences between his clients and their customers that extend from the digital realm all the way to real life environments. He tracks and analyzes a constant stream of new information to craft unique brand visions and communication strategies that reach people in unexpected ways and surprising places. As technology continues to expand communications opportunities for his clients in the luxury home lifestyle arena, David has become exceptionally effective at helping them meet — and even exceed — their marketing objectives.
David’s focus on capturing audiences across all media platforms, coupled with his eye for detail and extensive background in marketing, design and merchandising have made him a valued industry source for the last two decades. Prior to DRSWI, David served as Director of Merchandising for an e-commerce business with a robust to-the-trade outreach program to architects, designers, custom remodel contractors and homebuilders. He served as Vice President of Marketing and the Director of Showrooms for Familian Corporation (later Ferguson), one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of plumbing, appliances and home improvement products. He also previously owned and operated a successful design/build custom kitchen and bath remodel business and decorative showroom, giving him inside knowledge of the challenges that many of today’s luxury home lifestyle brands face. To further add to his industry expertise and knowledge-base, David is a licensed General Building Contractor (non-practicing).
