Tim Colligan has worked in the professional world since 2005, beginning their career as a Senior Associate at EPIC Engineering & Consulting Group. Tim then held a Senior System Analyst / Project Manager (Consultant) role at Brown Brothers Harriman, followed by a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Consultant) role at Citizens Bank. In 2006, they became President / CEO / Founder of StarSpring Consulting, in addition to a Tech PM / Senior BSA (Consultant) role at Citizens Bank. Tim then held a Senior Business Intelligence Architect (Consultant) role at Fidelity Investments in 2007, followed by a Senior Project Manager (Consultant) role at State Street in 2008. In 2010, they took on a Project Manager / Analysis Lead (Consultant) role at Citizens Bank, and in 2014 they became a Senior Project Manager (Consultant) at State Street. Finally, in 2016, they began a Program Manager / Enterprise Architect (Consultant) role at MBTA.

Tim Colligan began their education in 1992 at Marshfield High School. Tim then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology. In 2016, they began taking classes at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Plymouth, MA to pursue Ballroom Dancing.
