Monica Meehan is an experienced professional in the publishing and rights industry, currently serving as VP of Business Development and Rights Director at DropCap Inc. since January 2021. With over 25 years of expertise in foreign rights, Monica connects US and UK publishers with international rights buyers, leveraging technology to enhance publishing programs for more than 2,500 global clients. Prior roles include Rights Director at Hay House, Inc. and HAY HOUSE UK LIMITED, as well as various leadership positions in rights and sales at New Holland Publishers Ltd, HIT Entertainment, Key Porter Books, and Oxford University Press. Monica's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western University.
