Woo Young Jang

Senior Product Specialist at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream

Woo Young Jang has extensive experience in product development within the food industry, currently serving as Sr. NPD & Specs and Doc team Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream since January 2020, with previous roles as Sr. New Product Developer and Product Specialist. Prior to this, Woo Young Jang worked at Nestlé from October 2010 to January 2020, holding positions such as Product Developer, Production Formulation Technologist, and Food Technologist. Woo Young Jang began a career at So Cal Beverage/Dessert Manufacturing as a Food Technologist from June 2008 to January 2011. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed between 2005 and 2008.
