Payal Agrawal is an Enterprise Product Specialist at Zenoti since December 2019, transitioning through roles of Senior Product Specialist and Product Specialist, focusing on the implementation of Zenoti software for the beauty and wellness industry, with expertise in change management and business operations. Prior experience includes working as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte, where data reconciliation for a multinational telecom client's real estate assets was conducted. Payal has also served as Director Nominated General Convenor at the Student Activity Center, NIT Rourkela, facilitating student affairs and restructuring policies, along with a brief tenure as a Summer Associate in Business Development at Reliance Industries, where market research on supercapacitors was executed. Payal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, earned between 2014 and 2018, and has demonstrated leadership in organizing events like the NIT Conclave.
