Josie Diether-Martin is an experienced project manager with a strong background in development and communications. Currently working at Dream.Org since October 2020, Josie has successfully held various roles including Development Associate and Development Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as the Development & Communications Coordinator at Root & Rebound, where proficient management of a silent and live auction earned high praise for organization and execution. Josie's earlier positions, including Co-Director and Advocacy Chair for Relay For Life at the University of Redlands and various roles in customer service and support, showcase strong leadership and communication skills. Josie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Redlands and has enriched academic experience through a study abroad program.
