Derek Naylor has extensive experience in building operations and project management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Project Manager of Technical Services and Building Operations Manager at Dream since January 2013, Derek oversees operations for nine buildings, totaling 1 million square feet of office and retail space, while supervising a team of ten operators. Prior roles include SR Building Operator at Northam Realty Advisors Ltd. from April 2006 to December 2012 and Junior Building Operator at BLJC from April 1998 to May 2006. Derek Naylor is an alumnus of Seneca Polytechnic.
