Kinga Post has worked for two companies in the past three years. In 2018, they were a Manager for Content & Video and a Werkstudentin for Medienproduktion for DRACOON GmbH. In 2017, they were a Praktikantin for Traningsfilme for Digital Academy for Krones AG.

Kinga Post completed their Master of Arts in Allgemeine und Vergleichende Medienwissenschaft from the University of Regensburg in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Medienwissenschaft, Kunstgeschichte, Philologie from the same university in 2018. Kinga also holds a Challenger Fundamentals - Core Sales Skills certification from Challenger, which they obtained in December 2021.
