Mark Silvester, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Compensation Analyst for Dr. Martens plc since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruiting process and developing a global job tracking system. Previously, at Salesforce, Mark held the role of Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the recruitment process and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders. Mark’s earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at The Dyrt, where responsibilities encompassed all HR functions and managing operations in a startup environment. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from UNSW, completed in 2015.
