Zhengdan Zhu began their work experience in 2020 as a Technical Consultant & Scientist at DPTechnology. They later became the Scientist & Head of Computational Chemistry at the same company. In the same year, they also worked as a Joint Postdoctoral Researcher at Peking University and Beijing Institute of Big Data Research.

Zhengdan Zhu pursued higher education by first obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University between the years 2011 and 2015. Following this achievement, Zhu embarked on a Ph.D. program at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2015 to 2020. In this program, Zhu specialized in Drug Design, aiming to deepen their knowledge and expertise in this field.
