Matt Junk has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2019. In 2010, they began their career as a Service Center Representative at Sedgwick where they provided exceptional guidance to customers via telephone about all aspects of the claims process. Matt was named customer service representative of the month four times. In 2014, they joined Medline Industries as an Account Manager and Andersen Corporation as a Lean Engineer and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2019, they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Dozuki where they are responsible for managing all activities related to the onboarding and implementation planning and successful roll-out for new/existing accounts. Matt also assures and enhances client satisfaction rates by performing executive and quarterly business reviews for all high-touch accounts.
Matt Junk has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Upper Iowa University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Northeast Iowa Community College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they hold a Six Sigma White Belt certification, obtained in September 2016, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Villanova School of Business.
