Carmen Castaneda, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Downtown Grand Las Vegas since May 2023. Prior to this role, Carmen was the Benefits & Leave of Absence Administrator for the City of North Las Vegas from February 2022 to April 2023 and the Human Resources Manager at Circus Circus Las Vegas Hotel and Casino between June 2021 and February 2022. Carmen's career also includes serving as the Director of Operations at One Stop Medical, LLC from April 2016 to January 2021 and various positions at Bellagio from November 2009 to March 2016, including Guest Relations Coordinator, Casino Services, and Front Desk Representative. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's Degree and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the same institution and Kaplan College-Las Vegas, respectively.
