Cynthia Fitzgerald, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources and Operations Manager at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Cynthia Fitzgerald accumulated extensive experience in the Vermont Air National Guard from May 2011 to August 2022, holding various positions including International Partnership Specialist, Medical Group Senior Enlisted Leader, Force Support Flight Senior Enlisted Leader, and Military Personnel Section Superintendent. Academically, Cynthia Fitzgerald obtained a Master's degree in Legal Studies from Champlain College (2013-2015), an Associate of Science in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Vermont.
