Rober Raouf has a strong background in IT operations and management. From 2020 to the present, they have served as the IT Operations Section Head at Atrium Quality Contractors, where they managed a team of 10 individuals across service desk, system admin, and network roles. Rober implemented service desk policies and procedures, leading to an improved customer experience. Rober also established a performance monitoring process to increase efficiency and document best practices.

Prior to their role at Univest Group, Raouf worked at Egyptian Automotive & Trading Co. as a Senior IT Engineer from 2009 to 2014. In this position, they designed and implemented infrastructure networks for new branches, administered and installed servers, and managed Windows servers and backups.

Raouf began their career at EEC Group as a Telecommunication Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Rober'sresponsibilities included the installation and commissioning of Huawei Microwave Links, BTS, rigging, and conducting sweep tests.

Robert Raouf completed their education at Benha University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Communication and Electronics with a Very Good rating. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended El-Hesania school, although no degree or field of study information is available for this period. In addition to their formal education, Robert Raouf has also obtained additional certifications. In November 2018, they earned the certification for Exam 740: Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016 from Microsoft. More recently, in October 2022, they achieved the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
