Gena Staib serves as the Consumer Operations Manager at Dover Motor Speedway since March 2023. Previously, Gena worked at Hatch Show Print from March 2015 to April 2023 as the Tour Education Program Associate, where responsibilities included organizing and overseeing educational programming and leading tours. Gena's extensive experience at the Nashville Symphony spanned nearly nine years, beginning as a Ticket Services Specialist and advancing to roles such as Ticketing and Customer Team Manager, which involved supervising staff and managing ticketing operations for over 150 concerts annually. Earlier professional experience includes positions at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and Gray Line Tennessee, emphasizing customer service and educational tours. Gena holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
