Prior to this role, Sergio held several key positions at Marel from October 2019 to July 2023, including Supply Chain and Operations Director, where management of a $50 million budget led to a 40% increase in production capacity. Sergio's extensive experience at Whirlpool Latin America spanned nearly two decades, where roles included Operations Director and Manufacturing Director, overseeing large teams and significant budgets while driving efficiency and cost reduction initiatives. Sergio holds an MBA from FGV and degrees in Global Administration and Chemical Engineering from Universidade Independente and Universidade Estadual de Maringá, respectively.
