Since joining Douglas Elliman, Connie has launched several agent-focused learning and development initiatives—from deploying new apps and sales tools to building a national training team and launching Technology Open Houses and Road Shows to maximize the benefits of technology for agents. Leveraging a data-driven approach to decision-making, Connie continues to evolve applications, identify technology opportunities, and guide agents to excellence.
Connie came to Douglas Elliman in April 2016, after a 16-year career at The Corcoran Group in New York. She has over 20 years of experience in residential real estate and technology, and has held positions as a Computer Trainer, Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Manager, Director of Technology Services and VP of Application Services.
