Rick Petersen has over two decades of experience in IT support and network administration. Currently serving as a Desktop Support professional at DOTCOMM since July 2011, Rick previously worked as a Network Administrator at ABC Corporate Services from January 1999 to April 2010, where responsibilities included managing Active Directory, Exchange, desktop support, and configuring remote user VPN connections. Earlier in Rick's career, a role as a Network Support Specialist was held at Utell International from May 1995 to November 1998. Rick Petersen's educational background includes a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, an A degree in General Studies from Ellsworth Community College, and an A in Computer Systems from Gateway Electronics Institute.
