Tracy Beehn is an accomplished product development and sourcing executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing at Dorel Industries since October 2018, Beehn previously held the position of VP of Product Development and Sourcing at Signature Hardware, where significant sales growth was achieved through strategic portfolio adjustments. Prior experience includes directing product development at Westfield Outdoors and overseeing global new product development strategies at Coleman, where Beehn successfully launched products in emerging markets. Earlier roles at The Calphalon Corporation and The Coleman Company involved leading brand management, consumer research, and cross-functional project teams.
