Gabriela Oliveira is an experienced Product Owner PL and project analyst with a strong background in project management and systems analysis at Sertrading since February 2016. Key responsibilities include facilitating project kickoff meetings, daily stand-ups, and status report meetings with stakeholders, employing the AZURE tool for project management and backlog development. Prior experience includes roles as a systems analyst, where Gabriela engaged in process mapping, requirements analysis, and testing, and as a systems intern providing user support and handling technology-related tasks. Before joining Sertrading, Gabriela worked as an office assistant at 32º Cartório, managing employee benefit documents, maintaining inventory, and supporting accounts receivable processes. Gabriela holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Universidade Paulista, completed in 2021.
