Shaimaa Mansour has been working in customer service since 2012. Shaimaa began their career at dopay as a Customer Service Representative. Shaimaa then moved to work at American University as a Customer Service Representative and Trainer for one year. Shaimaa then worked for one year in tourism marketing at more & more company. Following this, they worked at Raya contact centre for 7 months and then worked for an IT company in the sales department for 3 months.
Shaimaa Mansour attained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Managment between 2009 and 2013.
