Technical Support Technician/spanish Technical Training at DoorKing

Jimmy Segura has over 15 years of experience in technical support and training within the electronic security industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Technician at DoorKing, Inc. since March 2007, Jimmy Segura provides support for various systems, including gate operators and access control, while also managing training efforts in Spanish. Prior to this role, Jimmy Segura worked as a Technical Support Technician at Bioscrypt, specializing in biometric readers. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Service Technician and Installer at Boink Systems, where installation and support for point of sales kiosks were primary responsibilities. Jimmy Segura holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, along with previous education at the University of Southern California.
