April Skinner has over a decade of experience in the field of technical services and quality control. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Charm Sciences, Inc. since August 2013, April specializes in troubleshooting equipment and test kit performance while providing technical support to customers and training for international distributors. Prior to this role, April worked as a Senior Lab Technician in Quality Control at Stonyfield Farm from May 2006 to August 2013. April holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 2003 and 2006.
