Christine Bailly is an experienced professional in the food science and technology sector, currently serving as an Account Manager at ¶Ùö³ó±ô±ð°ù³Ò°ù´Ç³Ü±è since July 2022. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Business Development Manager for Color and Flavor at Brenntag France from May 2017 to July 2022. Previously, at Naturex, Christine worked as an R&D/Application Project Manager from February 2013 to September 2016, overseeing natural color and emulsifier projects. Christine’s earlier experience includes roles as a Food Technologist at SPF North America Inc. and SPF Mexico, focusing on product development for the pet food and aquaculture industries. Additionally, experience includes an internship as an Assistant Scientist at Firmenich, working on perfumery raw materials. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Université de Bordeaux, a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and a DUT from IUT Genie Biologique Limoges.
