Yuki Lin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, community engagement, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Account Manager at DocuSign, Yuki manages enterprise-level customer relationships while leading a global employee resource group focused on equity. Previous roles include Head of Engagement & Community at Vigeo Technologies, Inc., operations management for WeWork's global impact initiatives, and municipal launching for Lime's bike-sharing program. Yuki has also contributed to political campaigns, launched Uber's operations in Japan, and advised consuls in the Economic Affairs Section of the Consulate General of Japan. Yuki holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Chinese from Pitzer College and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Kennedy School.
