Kevin Hardcastle is currently the Managing Director at DockMaster Software, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at Aspire Software from March 2020 to January 2022. There, they managed the implementation and Support teams for the Hospitality Portfolio. Kevin was responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to meet company goals, creating and monitoring company and team KPI and performance metrics, and maintaining high customer CSAT and low churn.
Before Aspire Software, Kevin Hardcastle was the Vice President of Operations at Cendyn from January 2016 to October 2019. There, they were responsible for the implementation of all Cendyn products as well as client retention. Kevin directly implemented all new sales orders for Cendyn products and successfully reorganized existing processes of ineffective product teams to ensure on-time and cost efficient delivery. Kevin also oversaw the Product Success team that handled client retention of 20,000 installs worldwide, supervised the 24/7 Support Program, and administered Cendyn’s Salesforce instance from implementation to maintenance. Kevin established setup procedures, workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards for productivity and revenue. The Salesforce Admin reported directly to Kevin and handled daily administration and Sales Team Support. Kevin also ran the new employee training process.
Kevin Hardcastle attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
