Marcos Silva has a diverse work experience. Marcos began their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Prefeitura Municipal de São Leopoldo in 2013. Marcos then worked as a Suporte Técnico at Via SW Sistemas in 2015, where they provided support and implemented real estate systems for clients. In 2018, Marcos worked as a Técnico de Suporte at FOX Telecomunicação e Internet Ltda. In 2021, they joined Aosafe Cloud Solutions as a Desenvolvedor php, and later moved to Atuex Express as a Software Support Analyst I. Currently, they hold the position of Software Support I at Dock since 2023. Throughout their career, Marcos has gained experience in technical support, system implementation, and software support.

Marcos Silva's education history begins in 2014 when they attended QI Escolas e Faculdades, where they obtained a technical degree in Technology of Information. This course lasted from 2014 to 2015. Following this, Marcos enrolled at Unisinos in 2014, specializing in Information Security and completing the program in 2018. Afterward, they pursued further education at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, studying Information Security in the field of Information Technology from 2018 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Marcos obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned an MVA (Microsoft Virtual Academy) certification from Microsoft. In 2020, they obtained a professional qualification in IT support from UNINOVE. Lastly, in 2021, Marcos obtained a certification in Introduction to IT & Cybersecurity from Cibrary.
