Layla Dounoukos is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in health and safety management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Supervisor at Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services since January 2022, Layla has held various roles within the organization since June 2019, including Human Resources Advisor and Health & Safety Coordinator. Prior to this, Layla worked as the Human Resources & Health and Safety Manager at Lakeridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd from June 2017 to June 2019. Layla's career began at Metroland Media Group, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, distribution, administration, and health and safety over a nine-year span. Education includes multiple certificates from Ryerson University and a Certificate in Web Site Design from Fleming College.
