Fraser Matthews has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on operations, business development, and commercial strategy. Fraser is currently the Global Head of Operations at DNA Electronics, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they took a career break in London from 2019 to 2020.
From 1993 to 2019, Fraser held various roles at GSK, a global pharmaceutical company. Their positions included Programme Change Director, Global Pharmaceuticals; Director Program Management Office, Emerging Markets Asia-Pacific; General Manager GlaxoSmithKline Algeria Group; and Head of Business Development & New Product Introduction, Middle East, North Africa, Russia/CIS, among others. During their time at GSK, Fraser led strategic initiatives, developed commercial capabilities, and managed large-scale projects.
Before joining GSK, Fraser worked at the Ministry of Health in New Zealand as the Director of Clinical Services from 1988 to 1993.

Fraser Matthews obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from the University of Otago between 1984 and 1987. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business at Massey University from 1990 to 1992. Later, from 1994 to 1996, Fraser completed a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance at ACCA, focusing on the field of Accounting and Finance.
