Jorge Rodriguez Juarbe is an accomplished engineering operations leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Operations at GRAIL, Inc., Jorge has previously held significant positions at Illumina, where responsibilities included strategic architecture and design for engineering operations, and at Vetter Pharma, leading diverse engineering teams to maintain high operational standards. Jorge's career began at Abbott, evolving through roles that emphasized equipment engineering and project management, including participation in the Engineering Professional Development Program. Additionally, Jorge holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
